Passion to help someone get from point A-B has been one of my biggest motivations to do what I do! I firmly believe that everyone needs help sometimes and I want to be that support for you! I am an African American, Christian Counselor and my goal is that you start your healing process. Healing varies from person to person, but what makes the difference is the peace that comes with it!  I have helped my clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in life and that have plagued them for years.  Let me help you learn and develop additional tools to handle the issues that are standing in the way of your goals.

I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor who specializes in relational dynamics, communication, therapy, high needs/risk, sexually abusive experiences, and trauma. I implement a Christ-centered, Solution-Focused, and Motivational interview, approach in my therapeutic practice.

I come alongside my clients and help them take the next step towards their path of healing. One thing I always say is, "Everybody needs help sometimes" and it is okay to seek that help with a Mental Health Professional. This is a safe place for you to be able to explore your mental health needs. Please contact me for the next step in your healing journey.
